Company Overview

Stratum, incorporated in 1996, is a  collaborative alliance  originally formed by nine highly successful Midwestern medical groups. Stratum has selectively added Shareholders to expand strategically and now consists of fourteen owners, all of which are independent or hospital-owned, multi-specialty group practices located in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri and Wisconsin. Further, Stratum has expanded nationally and has client relationships with more than 80 additional healthcare organizations across the country. Collectively, Stratum represents approximately 10,000 physicians today.
